✨ FAQ: Why does cosmetic tattoo look so dark at first?

If you’ve just had your cosmetic tattoo done and you’re thinking, “Is this really how dark it’s going to be?!” — don’t panic! 😅

Immediately after your appointment, the colour will appear much darker and more intense than the healed result. This is completely normal.

As your skin heals, the pigment will gradually soften, fade and settle into a more natural-looking shade. You may also notice some flaking or patchiness during the healing process — this is all part of the journey. 🤍

Your final healed colour takes time to reveal itself, so avoid judging the result too early.
