A little reminder regarding bookings ❤️

I just wanted to take a moment to explain how my bookings and communication currently work.

There are some services I simply cannot stop during an appointment to answer the phone. I also don’t currently have my answering machine switched on, as I am extremely busy and unfortunately don’t have the time to spend 15–20 minutes returning every missed call.

The best way to make an appointment is through my online booking system or by sending me a message through my page. I can respond to messages when I have finished my day job, school runs and all the other commitments that come with life behind the scenes.

I completely understand that it can be frustrating when you don’t get an immediate response, and I genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding. ❤️ I am, however, just one person doing my absolute best to fit everyone in and provide the best service I can.

I also want to kindly ask that communication remains respectful. I understand everyone has busy lives and frustrations, but unfortunately, if I am spoken to rudely or disrespectfully, I will not be able to offer an appointment. I want my business to be a positive and enjoyable space for both my clients and myself.

I have multiple avenues available for bookings, so please make use of them where possible. If managing enquiries becomes too difficult, I may need to reduce my bookings to regular clients only and stop taking on new clients.

And finally, to my beautiful regulars…
I adore every single one of you! Thank you for your ongoing support, patience, kindness and loyalty. I genuinely feel so lucky to have the most amazing clients and appreciate every one of you more than you know. ❤️
