Bucks weekend recap ♠️♦️♣️

Friday night started with what I love most right. Hooping with good people. Devoted a lot of time doing photography instead of playing which I’ll probably post on the woods this week.

Had a late night DNMing with some of the lads unexpectedly. Had some realisation how powerful basketball has been not only fitness but for men’s mental health. It was very much heart to heart with a lot all us of talking a lot about the challenges we’re experiencing/ experienced as men. Woke up early Saturday morning with that on my mind found myself having alot of energy despite having not having alot of sleep. I think was also I think because of the excitement for the night ahead.

Disclaimer❗️if you’re scared of spiders skip this one. Played a lot of Rugrats at the shop Saturday however I don’t have any recordings so here’s a fun Steve Irwin clip we played at the shop earlier in the week.

Had the best time at my bucks. Felt so good hosting my space and making these kind of memories within the four walls. I got to cook for people that I love and honestly just cooked up my meal prep - chilli con carne, chipotle pulled chicken with rice/ wraps. Big shout Dee for helping me organise the snacks and these tomato confit which the boys also loved. Solid night with wholesome energy.

We all put in $20 bucks in and I insisted we have in the middle to add to the drama. I thought I’d donate my Edwards Rookie Card in there for the fun of it. I wonder if he’ll ever win a chip..🤔

Enjoyed some smoke with the brate 💙 also indulged in pairing cigar and whiskey 🥃

Diamonds are forever ♦️ won a big hand so many fun battles and crazy wins.

Recovery was surprisingly seamless. Drank alot of electrolytes the day of and woke up fine after a solid sleep: Cracking day caught heaps of fun and found some fruit toast whacked it with butter straight out of the toaster. It really is the simple things in life.

Enjoyed a nice long walk with Dee and enjoyed sharing all the stories we experienced on the night of our bucks/ hens night.
