My name is Sonia Baker and I am passionate about living elegantly. An elegant life is one that is beautiful, simple and graceful. It gives you the ability to be in harmony with the life around you and to exhibit an unusual effectiveness in creating the outcomes that you desire. I began this path by studying Reiki 18 years ago and recently I have discovered a brilliant field called Energy Medicine. It is remarkable that we now have access to the body's healing energies to change any part of our lives that we want to.
