Are you and your family escaping the cold Australian winter and headed to a warmer place to relax and unwind? Travelling with kids isn’t always easy..little ears can hurt on the plane and unexpected bugs can strike when you are away. So be prepared…pack your Med Ready Bag with all of your medical essentials so you can stay calm, handle any little obstacle and focus on making memories.
The bag I wish I’d had when my kids were babies. 🤍
If you’re anything like me, you’re always throwing a thermometer, teething gel and pain relief meds into your nappy bag… only to spend forever trying to find them when you actually need them.
That’s exactly why I created the Med Ready Bag.
✨ Keep all your little one’s health essentials together in one insulated pouch.
✨ Easy to move between the nappy bag and pram.
✨ No more digging through endless pockets when your child isn’t feeling well.
Because when they’re sick, teething or uncomfortable, the last thing you need is to be searching for medicine.
Pack it once. Be ready wherever the day takes you. 💙
I never thought I would say this, but it’s half way through the school holidays and after feeding the kids all day every day, lunch boxes don’t seem so bad right now!
I am still dreaming about our time in Bali.
It had been a number of years since we had travelled to Bali and I must admit I was a little worried given my son’s asthma and nut allergy. However, I was honestly so impressed. Food allergy appeared to be at the forefront of every server’s mind and wherever we ate the restaurants had allergy symbols on their menus.
Of course, I did make sure to carry my son’s Med Ready Bag with us everywhere we went, but overall we felt very safe being in Bali with a food allergy.

The Med Ready Bag’s recent tour of Bali…
From beach days to cafe stops, spa visits and poolside afternoons, it came with us everywhere we went.
📍Juices at N**e Cafe, Berawa
📍Massages at The Rustic Sun Spa, Berawa (yes, my almost 15 year old son had his first ever massage and he loved it!)
📍Poolside at The Conrad, Nusa Dua
📍Lunch at Milk & Madu, Canggu
📍A day at Sundays Beach Club, Uluwata
📍Dinner at Amici, Seminyak
As an allergy mum, I carried my son’s EpiPens and allergy medications with us every day, knowing they were organised, protected and always within reach.
Because when you are travelling with medical needs, being prepared means you can relax and enjoy making memories.
Where should the Med Ready Bag travel to next?

Our hotel in Bali has been so amazing with allergies! So far we have found the Balinese people to be so caring and respectful of allergies. We are very grateful. And our hotel seems to not really use walnuts or pecans in any of their dishes which makes us feel much more at ease. I also feel for other families who have many more allergies than our son does!
On to the next hotel so fingers crossed for the remainder of our journey.
