Back to training after a month on the sidelines with a broken finger.
The legs are definitely feeling it, so post-training cupping and massage to the rescue.
Cupping can help encourage blood flow, reduce muscle tightness, support recovery, and leave tired, overworked muscles feeling lighter and more relaxed. It’s one of the many tools we use to help the body recover so it’s ready for the next session.
Recovery is just as important as training
Train hard, recover well, repeat.

A sound bath is an invitation to come home to yourself. Before your next sound journey take a moment to create comfort, set an intention and release any expectations of what the experience “should” be. The sounds, vibrations, and stillness will meet you exactly where you are.

Magical night The Yoga Co. ! The moon was almost full, it was rainy and cold but we were toasty and warm.

Getting ready for tonight’s sound bath.
We’ll begin with the Tibetan bowls with the perfect fourth interval of C and F a naturally harmonious interval that helps calm the nervous system, create a sense of safety, and gently ground the body.
From there, the soothing tones of the swing chime and the earthy sounds of seed pods will deepen your connection to the present moment and the grounding energy of nature. I’m researching recording small sessions to share with you. Watch this space # # #

My clients have been asking about recipe. I’m not a measuring type of gal and made this one up but I tried to note down what put in. These are really yummy and can freeze so well. Chocolate peanut butter bliss balls

15-20 pitted mejool dates
3/4 cup almond meal
1/3 cup of cacao
1/4 cup chia in 1/4 cup of water
2 scoops protein powder
3 big spoonfuls of peanut butter
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Coconut for rolling

Mix chia seeds w 1/4 cup water and let sit
Mix all ingredients in food processor
If quite dry add a dash of water

Roll into balls in coconut
Keep in freezer and enjoy.

So I used to give my kids regular sound baths but lately life has taken over. Tonight though I got home from running a sound bath for carers and my son asked “mum can you do one for me,” I asked “Tibetan or crystal bowls?” He said “the gold ones.” So I set up on the floor while he was all tucked in, and played. The dog sat by me and my little (well not so little boy) laid and received. We took time to pause together. This filled my cup. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
