Meet Simone - scientist by day, yoga teacher by heart.

She’s been with us since the very beginning, and if you’ve joined her Candlelit Yin class on a Wednesday evening, you’ll know exactly why she’s so loved. There’s a stillness she brings to the mat that’s hard to put into words - equal parts warmth, curiosity and quiet expertise (turns out immunology and yoga have more in common than you’d think).

The ACS Property Services team started their workday a little differently this morning: mats down, phones away, breath first.

Led by Jarrah Volpe, the group moved through a breathwork class before the day’s meetings even began. Sometimes the best way into focus isn’t a coffee, it’s a few minutes of stillness together, focusing on the power of the breath.
