Ngoài vấn đề chọn loại sữa rửa mặt phù hợp thì kỹ thuật rửa mặt cũng vô cùng quan trọng.

Hôm nay FeaBea sẽ chia sẻ KỸ THUẬT RỬA MẶT CHUẨN Y KHOA

1. Trước tiên hãy làm sạch đôi tay trước khi rửa mặt nhé.
2. Không dùng nước quá ấm hay nước quá lạnh để rửa mặt.
3. Chọn sữa rửa mặt phù hợp với làn da, nếu dùng dạng bọt, bạn hãy tạo bọt thật mịn trên tay trước khi cho lên mặt đã được làm ướt.
4. Cách rửa mặt CHUẨN Y KHOA sẽ là: rửa trán - 2 quai hàm - cằm - mũi - và cuối cùng là 2 gò má. Sau đó rửa lại thật sạch với nước.

Lưu ý là chúng ta không nên rửa mặt quá 2 phút, tránh chà xát quá mạnh trên da.
