🌲🌳🌴I have just spent the most incredible afternoon with these crazy, fun ladies. Surfing the tree tops and zip lining. I was totally out of my comfort zone, extremely nervous, doubting my ability. My lightbulb 💡 moment this weekend is when I saw this on stage ...... “ you need to make the decision (the action or process of deciding something) 🤔, you need to be consistent (consistent behaviour) 🙂 and you need to be persistent (continuing firmly or obstinately in an opinion or course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition.) 🤩 to achieve your transformation.
