After having a break away from the industry & working back in the photography industry in which I studied, spend 6 yrs as Gallery Assistant in the gorgeous Tropical North Queensland for the Peter Jarver Gallery! Joined back with Director of Young Mode Hair Salon In 2008@Connor Hairdressing on Toorak Road & worked as Personal Assistant to William Connor Hair Extension Specialist & wholesale with Diamond Hair Extensions....

Also in this year started studying with Xtreme Lashes to become an Eyelash Extension Specialist, the following year joined The Body Shop@Home, not long after my passion for Human Rights was ignited with this amazing company & have been involved in Campaign's such as....

-White Ribbon Day raising funds for the Foundation & community awareness of the need to prevent violent & abusive relationships!

-Stop S*x Trafficking of Children & Young People Over 6million people around the world signed our petions calling for governments to do more to stop this. All Together Now we aimed for 40,000 customers to leave a finger print & commit to constructive conversation about racism with friends, family, colleagues & 50,000 finger prints collected.

-Respect Joined with ANTaR (Australians for Native Title and Reconciliation) to bridge the gap between Indigenous and Non-Indigenous Australians. A gap represented by inequality in health, a 17 year difference in life expectancy, poor education, housing, standard of living and lack of career opportunities.

-Kick Climate Change Celebrate The Body Shop 12% Co2e emission reduction from 2007 levels & our first year of offsetting all emissions from cars,gas,electricity & flights(effectively making us "carbon neutral") Educate people that taking immediate, effective action on climate change is truly possible.

-Strength in Number's The Big Issue(Introducing the women's Subscription Enterprise) Raised awareness on women's homelessness & the Women Subscription Enterprise by selling subscriptions of The Big Issue Magazine & collected messages of support for women joining the Enterprise.

-Your Beauty & Worth cannot be measured highlighting dangers of restricted dieting & excessive exercise. Encourage staff & customers to believe beautiful, healthy people come in all shapes & sizes. 26,000 signatures to the Minister for Health & Aging, requesting eating disorders become a major health priority!

-Rethink Refugee's a series of posters campaigning on behalf of asylum seekers & refugees in Australia. Aim shift public opinion by addressing key myths.

-We Love Natural Beauty with ACF raise awareness of Kimberly as an environment issue & stimulate debate in community, collect 30,000 signed declarations from The Body Shop customer's & staff putting pressure on The Federal Government to permanently protect the area from mining & inappropriate development!

-Iam my Homelands supporting Indigenous human rights to stay on their homeland.

-Demand Dignity project promoting Amnesty Internationals Demand Dignity campaign meaning the right to safe pregnancy & childbirth! The WSPA Humane Chain in Australia to take action to help end the live sheep export trade, Aiming for 40,000 signatures a person signing for every sheep that dies on route each year, 63,000 customers joined the humane chain! Partnering with WSPA the Miracle Treatment provided the chance to perform a miracle – to join together to improve the welfare of endangered Borneo Orangutans. 20,000+ pledges.
