Does drinking more water mean plumper skin?
Staying hydrated is important for your overall health and helps your kidneys function properly. If you’re chronically dehydrated, it can definitely affect how your skin looks. However, simply increasing your water intake doesn’t automatically mean you’ll have plumper or more youthful-looking skin.
Your skin’s hydration is influenced by things like the strength of your skin barrier, its natural oils and lipids, hormonal changes, and the moisturising factors naturally found within your skin.
