Cesar is highly skilled in creating just the right colour for you using quality organic colours with no harsh chemicals. He is also a painter and his work is on display and changes regularly. Our staff are friendly and up to date with the latest styles. We can assist in recommending an extra special look for your celebratory occasions. We specialise in:
