1 Hotel & Homes Melbourne has been named Development of the Year — Urban Regeneration at The Urban Developer awards.
For almost 50 years this part of Melbourne’s riverfront was dormant. A heritage goods shed, a gap in the city’s edge.
Now, it’s home to Australia’s first 1 Hotels and the city’s first hotel-branded residences 1 Homes Melbourne, alongside Seafarers Rest Park.
This one will stay close to our hearts for a long time. The challenges, the camaraderie, the people, the drive to deliver something special for Melbourne.
