I’ve always believed in this philosophy for the mothers we care for and it’s going to be time for me to practice this again.
💕💕💕

Update will be provided in the coming days on orders. Any questions in the meantime, please sing out to me. xx

Kinda (or VERY) chic to me.

TCM wisdom is just next level greatness.

These are my guiding principles that I return to. I don’t always follow them perfectly, but they help me reconnect with what my body needs when I feel out of balance because it’s such a holistic system, connecting what we eat, our emotions, the mind, our lifestyle and the body.

Did any of these surprise you?

Hot take.
The best ginger isn’t always the ‘hottest’ one,
In TCM, how ginger is prepared can change the way it works on your body. Each have their own place. Swipe to see which one is best for postpartum recovery and everyday cooking.

In TCM, we view these as clues that may point towards underlying imbalances worth supporting.

Here are some TCM lifestyle tips to support fertility
- Nourish your Blood with a nutrient-rich diet.
- Herbal soups such as Natural Herbal Wellness Women and Restore blends.
- Keep your womb warm. Avoid excessive cold foods and icy drinks.
- Move Qi and Blood with regular gentle exercise.
- Prioritise deep rest to help replenish Kidney Jing.
- Aim for a pain-free, consistent menstrual cycle.
- Consider acupuncture and personalised herbal medicine with a TCM practitioner.

Just a note that this is for educational purposes only. Having one or more of the signs doesn’t guarantee fertility, and having symptoms like painful periods, irregular cycles, clots, or light/heavy bleeding doesn’t mean you can’t get pregnant either. Many women with these symptoms can conceive naturally too!

Every body is different, and fertility is influenced by many factors. TCM is about supporting your body’s overall health so it can function at its best.
If you’re trying to conceive or have concerns about your menstrual cycle or fertility, please speak with your healthcare provider or a qualified TCM practitioner

Dee is the founder of Diana | Paediatric Physio | Kids and mum to her adorable17-month-old daughter.

She’s now in a season of rebuilding, finding her rhythm between motherhood, caring for her own health, and growing her business.

“Motherhood has been transformational for me. It’s taught me to reflect on my priorities in life. When you have limited time, you have to choose your activities carefully. It’s taught me to let go of the little things that used to bother me -dirty sinks can wait until tomorrow. Most importantly, it’s taught me the importance of caring for myself, because that’s the only way I can have the energy to care for my family.”

It’s a lesson many mothers don’t fully appreciate until they’re living it.

At The Herborium, our 28 Day Postpartum Package was created to make nourishment one less thing to think about. Daily herbal soups, teas and traditional recipes inspired by generations of postpartum care.

If you’re pregnant, we hope this encourages you to prepare for your recovery with the same care you’re giving your birth plan.

Yin season is here, and your winter skincare routine might be missing these herbal blends.

Winter has a way of showing up on our skin. During winter, the colder weather, dry air and indoor heating can deplete your body’s fluids, leaving your skin, lips and throat feeling dry.

Winter is also the season associated with the Kidneys in TCM. The Kidneys are considered the foundation of our vitality (Jing) and play an important role in nourishing Yin, the cooling, hydrating aspect of the body. Supporting your Yin during winter helps replenish body fluids and maintain healthy skin, while also preparing your body for the seasons ahead.

These are our favourite herbal blends for nourishing Yin, supporting hydration and promoting healthy, glowing skin.

The more I watch this ad, the funnier it gets 😂

What looks like a chaotic viral ad is actually a mini crash course in Traditional Chinese Medicine. We’re talking ‘internal heat’, ‘cooling drinks’ and somehow a 194cm striker breathing fire while explaining it all.

This is Wong Lo Kat (王老吉 / Wang Lao Ji), a 200+ year old cooling herbal tea from Guangzhou.

Erling Haaland has entered the chat. He’s part of the brand’s global push under the name WALOVI, the international rebrand of Wong Lo Kat for overseas markets.

What do you think about this new name, WALOVI?

Have you tried Wong Lo Kat / Wang Lao Ji?

In Australia, you’ll commonly find them in Chinese restaurants and supermarkets.
