Thank you to everyone who gathered with me for this special Mid-Autumn Festival evening — for your presence, your openness, and for sharing in this beautiful ritual of connection.
Under the fiery energy of the Aries Full Moon, with Saturn inviting us to meet ourselves with honesty and presence, we reflected on what we are ready to release and what we are ready to make space for.
Through Lady Guan Yin - Goddess of Mercy, we were reminded of something simple yet profound — to offer ourselves the same compassion we so freely extend to others.
To soften the expectations we place upon ourselves. To stop asking ourselves to be somewhere other than where we are. And to meet every part of ourselves with greater kindness, acceptance and love.
There was something especially beautiful about writing our intentions, offering them into candlelight, and coming together to share handcrafted mooncakes with tea — honouring the spirit of reunion that lies at the heart of the Mid-Autumn Festival.
A reminder that, wherever we may be and whatever season of life we are moving through, we all share the same moon.
