Unfortunately we are enforcing our cancellation policy. No, we don’t enjoy doing this but being a small business it is necessary.

When you prebook your appointments this time is allocated to you and you only. An hours notice of you not attending doesn’t give us enough time to offer your appointment to someone else.

We truly do understand that life happens and illness, emergencies and accidents are always unexpected. Although when late cancellations and no shows happen repeatedly we have to put our time first.
We politely ask for as much notice of as possible when cancelling or making changes to your appointment.

If you’re unsure of our cancellation policy please check out the policies highlight on our Instagram or reach out to us.
