😴 Sleep well the night before ~ sleep regulates how your brain processes pain, a good nights sleep can increase your pain tolerance
🥴 Avoid alcohol before your appointment ~ it will contribute to pain, bruising, disrupt sleep & cause dehydration which can slow healing
