I still honestly cannot believe I’m writing this.

To be recognised on a national stage amongst so many incredible women and businesses is something I am so unbelievably proud of.

Building Lux while also being a mum to two young kids has definitely meant a lot of juggling, late nights, guilt, chaos and trying to be everything to everyone at once 😂 But it has also made this moment feel even more special.

One of the things I love most about being a woman in business is being able to create opportunities for other women too - to employ, support and empower women, and watch them grow in confidence and in their careers.

Lux started as an idea and has grown into something so much bigger than I ever imagined, and none of it would be possible without the people around me.
