We’d like to let you know about an upcoming change to card payments at Swish Beauty.

From 1 October 2026, new Australian card payment rules mean businesses can no longer add a surcharge for payments made using Visa, Mastercard, eftpos and other participating card networks.

The surcharge ban does not mean it has disappeared forever; it has just moved from you to the business.

💚To keep our prices as low as we can, CASH remains our first choice, if you do need to use your card the surcharge for the business is the same whether you tap or insert.

At Swish Beauty, we’re committed to keeping our pricing transparent, so you know what to expect when paying for your hair and beauty services.

This change relates specifically to card payment surcharges.
✨Our usual booking policies and any other applicable fees remain separate.
