As you are all now aware, businesses cannot pass on card fees, while the bank is still happily building their profits by charging them. My services have had a small (I mean small) .50c-$1 increase to go towards (but not cover) my outgoing costs.

Also a reminder that my cancellation policy is strictly 48hrs EXCEPT for December. If you are taking a time slot in December, you are committing to that time OR forfeiting your deposit. Clients that don’t have a deposit in place will be invoiced before being able to book a future appointment.

I completely understand that life can be unpredictable, but that doesn’t mean that my business should be affected.

Hi everyone 😊
If you haven’t visited the salon before there are a couple of things you may not know.

🅿️ We have our own internal carpark where you can always get a space.
♿️ It’s completely flat from the carpark to my front door. Easy access for wheel chairs & mobility aids.
🧴 I have a portable basin which can be used to perform a wash whilst in a wheelchair.
🤫 I am a solo operator & have a calm quiet salon suitable for those that find busy, noisy spaces a bit much.
