💗 IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR MY BEAUTIFUL CLIENTS 💗

I just wanted to take a moment to explain a little more about the changes happening at Queen B Hair Artistry from today.

There will be a small price increase, along with a discount for cash paying clients! 🫶🏻 I’ve tried really hard to keep my prices as reasonable as possible while still covering the ever-increasing costs of running a small business.

I’ll also be introducing deposits for services over $100 going forward.

Please don’t stress if you’re one of my regular clients who consistently books your appointments in advance! ❤️

The deposit system is primarily being introduced to protect my business from last-minute cancellations and no-shows, particularly for new clients or clients who have previously missed appointments without notice.

When I put aside a large block of time for your appointment, that time is yours — and when an appointment is cancelled at the last minute, it can be extremely difficult for me to fill that spot, which directly impacts my small business.

Deposits will simply secure your appointment and will come off your final bill, so you’re not paying extra.

I truly appreciate every single person who continues to support Queen B Hair Artistry. 🖤

New feature colour and a shaggy new look!!

This was aloe of fun this morning! ☺️✨

Glam up so good it needs a warning label 🤭

Can you believe this was achieved with just toning blonde?! 😍✨

I was able to have a little bit of fun with this colour, and honestly, despite being in the middle of grieving, this brought such a huge smile to my face. ❤️

It was a beautiful distraction and so much fun to get creative and play with colour for a little while.

Sometimes you just need a little bit of hair magic to brighten your day. 🖤💗

I absolutely LOVE how this turned out! 😍

I just wanted to let my beautiful clients know that things are a little difficult for me personally at the moment.

My 94 year old granny is currently in palliative care growing her angel wings slowly and is sadly dying from cancer. 💔

Every spare second I have, I’m choosing to be by her side and spend as much time with her as I possibly can while also helping support other family members in the caring process. Because of this, I may be a little slower than usual replying to messages, returning calls or getting back to booking enquiries. There may also be times where I need to close the salon earlier than planned or change my hours at short notice.

Please know that I’m not ignoring anyone, and I will get back to you as soon as I possibly can.

I’m just trying to balance being there for my family during an incredibly heartbreaking time while still looking after my beautiful clients and my business.
