So what actually happens during a colonic?

It’s far less dramatic than a lot of first-timers imagine.

Warm, filtered water is gently introduced into the colon through a closed system. Water and waste are then able to leave through that same system during the session.

You’re in a private room, we explain everything before you begin, and there’s no need to know what you’re doing beforehand.
