We’re on the lookout for a Casual Admin Assistant to join the Fika team, working 1–3 days per week.
At Fika, we’re big believers in taking a moment for yourself, and our clinic reflects just that. We’re all about thoughtful skin and cosmetic treatments, genuine connection, and creating an experience that feels good from start to finish.
As the friendly face behind the scenes (and often the first point of contact), you’ll help keep our clinic running smoothly by supporting our team with day-to-day administration, welcoming clients, answering phones, managing appointments, and ensuring every client has a seamless experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Warm, friendly, and genuinely loves helping people
Organised with great attention to detail
Confident juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
A proactive team player with a positive attitude
Available to work 1–3 days per week, with flexibility when needed
A snack enthusiast (especially Jenny’s Bakery)
Previous administration or reception experience is preferred, and experience in the aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare industry is a bonus, but not essential!
