Sundays ~ Let’s go!

World Mental Health Day 💚
We can all find it hard to quiet the noise we are surrounded by on the socials, in the media, at school or work and in our communities. For every person that walks into TFSK, you know we have your back. You know we support you if you need to join in a group vibe, or need to train quietly going about your business, we know when you need to bring the kids along or if you’re needing time out from your own. We know how to maintain a venue that includes every body.
You can trust our team, you can trust a wide skillset & experience with 30 years of post grad studies to fully support you, always chasing more knowledge.
We are not for everyone, and not everyone is for us, and that sits totally fine with me 🖤

Slightly changed TFSK Hours this week & reduced 1:1 appointments. All class/PT changes are over in our Client Facebook Account $ Group chat. Enjoy the Kerang Show today & get behind the very small committee. Fireworks at 8.45pm

Term 4 Sundays ~ Daylight Savings
Starting today 4.30pm Align Yoga & Pilates Hour followed by Open Gym from 5.30pm. This change is for those filling up Sundays with activities then winding down the day with a training sesh & as the weather will start to warm up. The street is also quiet so perfect for our Hyroxers if they choose to chase the m’s outside the Studio.

Getting behind fellow small business operators today & onward pushing the Cash is King & Direct banking options instead of absorbing merchant fees the Banks & Gov expect Small Business to do. I don’t have a lot of tappers but I do absorb the fee myself, and recently GST on gym visits, but the ‘over the counter fee’ depositing cash is much cheaper and bank transfers show me exactly who paid & when ;) a win win for someone who hates her bookwork!
We’ve had enough price increases our biz. Rents, Shire Permits & Rates, Electricity & Water, Insurances, Professional Indemnity, Registrations, staffing - it is never ending like all our personal costs.
For those direct transferring, a lot already flick their membership at the end of the week, remember our $30 cap for gym, solo reformer and classes, $20 for under 18’s. $10 casual visits or 12 for $100.
My mantra is the more coming through the doors, we don’t have to price hike. And with lot’s of local fitness advertising this year, we are seeing lots of first timers joining us, others returning to exercise, or adding a TFSK visit to their training week. The vibe is strong as we head for a Decade in Kerang 🖤

This week at TFSK 🖤
I’m having a personal day tomorrow so the Studio is part closed, client appts moved & Kaylee coming in for an extra afternoon covering me.
Messy school holiday week again with irregular visits & kids in tow🖤

New Daylight Savings Sunday Sesh on offer - let me know via DM’s if your keen. Time to think about pre season 2027 & December’s Hyrox event.
My clients in my ‘belinda kerang metafit’ account can touch base with me there or in the studio. All others are welcome, we don’t care if you also train elsewhere, or at home, you’re always welcome to join TFSK. We have loads of training options to fit your training week around other training sessions elsewhere. We have lots of clients that train at more than 1 venue, or travel to Kerang from around the district.
Let me know if you’re keen for Sunday Night Sessions as DS starts and the weather warms up.
The fallacy TFSK blacklists anyone going to other venues is quite funny. So totally untrue 🫶

Long Weekend hours at TFSK 🖤
