Spooky season has me thinking about all the horrific things that haunt me daily in the studio 👻
And for a bonus scare 🫣 Christmas is just over 10 weeks away.
Gals, consider this your reminder to get your holiday bodywork booked in before the silly season takes over. 🎄✨
This weekend didn’t come hours of footage, unfortunately. Fully immersing myself in what I was learning and being present in that room, soaking up every bit of knowledge was worth far more to me than a few likes or going viral.

The breath is one of the most powerful tools we have for regulation.
When our breathing becomes shallow and stays high in the chest, it can be harder for the body to shift towards a more parasympathetic state.
Sometimes we may not realise how much we’ve been holding until the body begins to soften and find a little more ease.
If your breathing feels restricted or your abdomen feels guarded, gentle abdominal bodywork may offer a supportive way to reconnect with this area and encourage a fuller, more comfortable breath.

Support in small business has been everything to me.
My family, my friends, the other small business owners who have shared advice, opened doors, cheered me on and reminded me I’m not doing this alone. And of course, every woman who has walked through my doors and trusted me with her care.
Sol Wellness Studio simply wouldn’t be what it is without the people who have supported me, backed me and believed in what I’m building.

Last night I attended the Business NSW - Mid North Coast Business NSW awards as a finalist for Outstanding New Business.
I didn’t come home with the award, but I did come home feeling incredibly proud .
To have Sol recognised beyond our little corner of the Mid North Coast and to stand alongside some incredible businesses as a finalist, is something I won’t forget.
My dad and Nat, thank you for getting dressed up and being there beside me. Mum, thank you for holding down the fort at home. And to my fiancé, thank you for backing every idea and making it possible for me to give this business everything I have.
To the Julie Humphris Business Life Guide Waves Campground Macleay Air - Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Electrical having familiar faces in the room made the night that much more special. I felt very proud to be there alongside other businesses from home.
To the women who have walked through Sol’s doors over these first five months. Thank you for trusting me with your bodies, your stories and your care. You have shaped this business just as much as I have.
No trophy needed to know this was a win for me. Very, very proud of our little studio 🤎
Lymphatic drainage isn’t just a wellness trend.
It can support fluid movement, swelling and recovery. This work will seamlessly integrate into the pregnancy, postpartum, restorative and scar work that Sol is known for.
This training is about adding another layer to the care I can offer women through changing bodies and different seasons of life.
