A little change of scenery for me this October. 🇰🇷✈️
From 15–25 October, I’ll be in Korea taking part in the Rejuran Excellence Program.
I’m looking forward to stepping away from the clinic for a little while, getting back into the learning environment and, most importantly, deepening my knowledge and understanding of Rejuran.
There’s always more to learn in aesthetics, and I genuinely love being able to bring new knowledge and experience back into the clinic.
I can’t wait to come home with plenty to share with the Next Aesthetics family. 🤍

Summer skin prep starts now. ☀️
Not because you need to change everything about your skin, but because some treatments need a little planning.
Your skin can change across the seasons. As we move into the warmer months, UV exposure increases and certain treatments are better timed before you're spending more time outdoors. Starting earlier also gives us time to properly assess your skin, plan what may be appropriate and allow your skin time to respond.
And let's be honest… the end-of-year calendar fills up quickly. Between events, holidays, dinners and everything else that comes with social season, leaving your skin appointments until later can make things a bit rushed.
If you're thinking about your skin for summer, now is a good time to start the conversation.

Your skin can tell us a lot, when we take the time to look closely. 🔍
A comprehensive skin assessment gives us more than a quick look in the mirror. It helps us identify areas of concern and establish a clearer picture of your skin before discussing treatment options.
At Next Aesthetics, technology can be used alongside our clinical assessment to help us look more closely at things such as texture, pores, redness, pigmentation and other visible skin changes.
Because the more we understand about your skin, the more informed the conversation can be about what may be appropriate for you.

A conversation with you is the starting point. 🤍
Whether you're noticing fine lines and wrinkles, changes in facial volume, uneven skin texture, acne scarring, skin laxity or concerns around stubborn areas of the body, a consultation gives us the time to properly talk it through.
We’ll look at your skin, facial features and goals, explain the options that may be appropriate, and make sure you understand what’s involved before making any decisions.

Treatment planning sometimes involves a little bit of drawing on your face. ✏️🧐
Those markings help me assess facial structure, proportions and the areas we’re discussing before we decide on a treatment approach.
So if you see me reach for the white pencil during your appointment… don’t worry, it’s all part of the plan. 😂

A softer or less defined jawline can be influenced by a number of factors, including changes in skin laxity, collagen levels and the natural ageing process.
If jawline definition is something you'd like to explore, Ultraformer MPT HIFU may be one of the non-surgical options discussed during your consultation.
HIFU uses focused ultrasound energy at selected depths beneath the skin. This can stimulate the skin's natural collagen response and may support skin tightening and improved definition around the lower face and jawline over time.
The treatment approach and areas treated depend on your skin, anatomy and individual concerns, so a thorough assessment comes first.
Curious about your options?

Your skincare doesn't end when you leave the clinic. 🤍
What you do at home matters too.
Professional treatments can be one part of your skin plan, but consistent home care helps support your skin between appointments and maintain the work you're putting into it.
That's why we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all shelf of products. Your home care should make sense for your skin, your concerns and your treatment plan.
The products we recommend are selected with your individual needs in mind, so you know exactly what you're using, and why.
Good skin care is consistency, not just a clinic appointment. ✨

Skin needling can be one way to help address these concerns. Using the SkinPen®, tiny, controlled micro-channels are created in the skin, triggering its natural repair response and supporting collagen and elastin production over time.
This may help improve the appearance of:
• Dull-looking skin
• Uneven texture
• Enlarged pores
• Fine lines
• Acne scarring
And with the warmer, higher-UV months ahead, now is a good time to think about how you're caring for your skin and what it may need.
Skin needling isn't right for every skin type or concern, so a consultation is the best place to start. 😊

Has winter left your skin looking a little less… meh? 🫠
Cooler weather, lower humidity and indoor heating can leave skin feeling dry and looking dull. But sometimes it's not just about adding more hydration to your routine.
Collagen plays an important role in skin structure, firmness and overall skin quality. As we move into spring, it can be a good time to reassess what your skin actually needs.
Depending on your concerns, treatments such as skin needling may be discussed as an option to support collagen production and improve the appearance of skin texture over time.
Not sure what your skin needs right now? That’s exactly what your consultation is for. 🤍
