This weekend we did something alittle different!
We learnt all about women’s self defence. I think it’s extremely important too know how too protect yourself because you never know when you will need too use these strategies.
We would like too thank Primal MMA - Karratha for putting this course in place.
They will continue offering this course and I would love too recommend it too all my lovely clients, it’s important too know how too protect yourself ladies.
