All Quoted Pricing on the Booking System is Subject to Sighting Your Hair on the Day of Your Appointment for an in Person Consultation in my Chair. Only Then I'm Able to Correctly Confirm Your Price Before I Start Your Service. The Booking System is a Guide. I Will Discuss Your Goals in Person & Work within Your Budget. Every Clients Hair Varies in Thickness & Time Between Salon Visits.👌
Payment options are:
1) CASH is the preferred payment method.
2) Pay ID Bank Transactions accepted.
3) EFTPOS Transactions have a 2% charge.
**PUBLUBLIC HOLIDAY bookings will have a 10% surcharge on all Services. Cancellation Policy:
Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 1 day notice. Policy:
Any cancellation made less than 1 day will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. Cancellation fees will need to be paid before future appointments. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, your cancellation fee will be waived. Thank you for your understanding, Lauren.
