Coming into the last few months of 2026 I'm wanting to share with you that we will be away as a whānau for most of
November and then again for January.

This isn't ideal for most women who stay in a beauty routine however it's imperative for my wellness and for my family.

So, what does low-PUFA actually mean?

PUFA stands for polyunsaturated fatty acids, a type of fat naturally found in many oils.

When reformulating Love Thy Self Body Oil, I wanted to create a blend that reflected the same thoughtful choices many of us are beginning to make throughout our homes and daily routines.

The new formula uses oils naturally lower in PUFAs and selected for their nourishing feel and oxidative stability. It isn’t about fear or perfection. It’s simply about understanding our ingredients, continuing to learn and making choices that feel aligned with the values behind Grateful Glow.
