Welcome our newest Massage Therapist Shannon ✋🏼🤚🏼🤗. Shannon will be working Wednesday afternoons starting next week.

Hi all, my name is Shannon — a therapeutic and holistic massage therapist who began my journey into this heart-led career 20 years ago, starting out as a beauty therapist.

Above all, massage was something that lit me up the most — especially every time my clients left feeling lighter and more at peace in their bodies. I was always told, "You have that magic touch." I didn't quite understand what that meant at the time, just that I knew where the body was holding tension and that I could help release it.

It wasn't until I began diving deeper into my own inner world — healing heartache and trauma within my own nervous system, guiding blocked energy out of my body through breath, tapping, and pressure point release — that I understood how I was navigating my way around each body. Not just releasing tension, but also the built-up anxiety and stress that our bodies hold onto from traumatic experiences or our environments.

Over time, I began tailoring my massage with a blend of breathwork, guided meditation, and grounding techniques to bring your body into a state of rest, where it becomes easier for you to let go of that built-up tension.

In the very near future, I'll also be completing my Reiki initiation, where I look forward to bringing on board at Flow.
