After fraternising with the idea of embracing her virgin hair this beauty decided brunette was for her, and I can’t find a reason to disagree! Finally getting around to posting this one — created before I relocated. This client was feeling bored and ready for a change. I’d planned to do a colour melt to blend the highlights into the root, but in the end I was loving the subtle dimension created through the root with the raw lift of the highlights, so I opted just to gloss ✨ Are you ready for a change too? Glossy brunette 🤎 This beauty has been so patient on her hair health journey, growing and caring for her hair to reach this length. We chose a cool, natural shade to keep her colour glossy and low maintenance long-term.

My focus for this naturally dimensional brunette hair was working on balancing and enhancing the shape to support bounce and soft movement. Layers were cut to create achieve this outcome, whether she’s styling it or wearing it naturally.

I also added soft face framing faux curtain bangs. They’re easy to manage at home but can give that full curtain bang effect when styled.

To finish, a glossing treatment to smooth frizz and bring out that deep, rich shine her hair was already calling for.
