Today i came across some negative feedback, from anonymous people, stating they were treated poorly by myself. PLEASE if you ever feel uncomfortable or feel i am not treating you with respect, speak up and tell me so. You are not obliged to stay if you dont like my vibe or anything else. You are welcome to leave. But please tell ME not the internet if you have any problems with my service. I am human and I try to create a comfortable environment for every one. I am approachable and I dont deserve to get slammed online. In saying that, everyone is welcome to their opinions and i do respect that. Please leave a comment about your own experience at rhiannons, feedback is important, and I will work to fix any grievances that are shared with me.

As we all know, my little guy got his ear pierced last week. So, we came to an agreement, that he doesn't need to keep all of his unused magnetic earrings. After a bit of a talk we decided: when a child comes for an ear piercing, but gets too scared or changes their mind at the last minute, we will GIFT a pair of magnetic earrings to that child. So they don't have to feel disappointed for leaving without any new bling! I will even put them on their ears, and hold the mirror up for them. Maybe im just the scary lady with the big voice and all those sharp scary tools, but when your kids come in and panic as soon as they see my gloves, it hurts my heart for them. So I really hope that doing something small and gentle for those kids, can catch me a little smile From them all 😁

We had an extra special visitor in the chair today. MY SON! Hes been watching me work for his whole life and has been asking for an ear piercing for quite a while. Today he was brave enough to sit down and get it done! One single tear rolled down his cheek, but he didn't flinch a single muscle. He thinks hes cooler than a Cucumber now 🥰
