I've had moments of mornings, waking up and looking in the mirror, hoping something would change. The conversations in my mind were always chattering in the corner in embarrassment to show my bare skin.
Every time someone compliments my skin now, I think about all the versions of it they never saw.
This is a few of them.
Not because there's a lesson in it. Just because I think skin deserves to be seen as it actually is, not just the parts that look good. Skin isn't a fixed thing. It's not something you either have or don't have. It changes because you're a person, living a life, and every version of it got you here.
It started somewhere else. Not my skin. Just me, allowing myself the space to be.
This is a love letter to every version I had to move through to get here.

Lately I’ve been thinking about how we care for the body.
We often reach for solutions at the surface creams, treatments, routines —
but the body is always working from structure first.
Every cell membrane within us is built from fatty acids.

Somewhere along the way we were taught to keep going, keep pushing, keep showing up…
even when we feel completely disconnected from ourselves.
But you deserve time to reconnect with yourself.
To breathe.
To feel.
Because you are your number one.
And your mind and body deserve your attention too.
March sees me return to Stanley — offering the same slow, intuitive treatments many of you have already experienced.
I’m looking forward to welcoming familiar faces, and and inviting in those I haven’t met yet.
