I am very grateful for today, had 8 clients majority were repeat clients and a couple of referrals. I am just glad that I blocked my lunch time (30 minutes) ahead of time otherwise I will be very exhausted if I didn’t eat 😅.
I think 6 clients in a day is good. That way I will still have energy by the end of the day 😀.
My clients are very to refer their family/friends me 🙏 I am very grateful.

I always make sure that the treatment room is warm and welcoming. With music relaxing music in the background.
This week I treated someone whose job involved the same movements every day. There wasn’t one big injury, just years of repetitive strain that finally caught up.
I see this pattern every week.
Truck drivers.
Delivery drivers.
Tradies.
Warehouse workers.
Hairdressers.
Office workers.
Nurses.
Different jobs. Same story.
Repetitive movements slowly build compensation patterns that eventually become pain.
The earlier they’re identified, the easier they are to correct before they become long-term problems.
