Pregnancy is a beautiful transformation, but it can also ask a lot from the body.

As your body changes, so do your needs.
More weight, new sensations, tiredness, tension, emotions… and sometimes simply the need to be held and cared for.

Pregnancy massage is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Through gentle, nurturing touch, the intention is to bring comfort to the body, soften areas of tension and create a moment where you don’t have to do anything.

Just receive.

For me, massage is never only about the body.
It is about creating a safe space where body, heart and emotions can be acknowledged.

Dragonfly Medicine 🪽

I feel very grateful to have the dragonfly around me so much at the moment.

I take it as a beautiful reminder of transformation, clarity and lightness.

The dragonfly spends much of its life beneath the water before emerging into the light and taking flight.

It reminds me that sometimes we go through deep, unseen transformations before we are ready to see life from a new perspective.

Its medicine speaks to me of letting go of old stories, trusting the changes within us and allowing ourselves to move with life rather than against it.

A reminder that transformation doesn’t always have to be heavy.

We can soften.
We can release.
We can change.
We can rise.

And perhaps, when we stop trying to control the journey, we remember how to fly. 🪽

Sometimes, we simply need to slow down.

To step away from the noise, breathe, and reconnect with nature.

To feel the earth beneath our feet, the sun on our skin, the air around us.

And in that quiet, to simply notice what lives within us and around us.

Nothing to fix. Nothing to force.
Just a moment to be present, to feel, and to come back to yourself.

Sometimes, slowing down is where we find ourselves again.

I offer a space where you can slow down, come back into your body and listen to what is moving beneath the surface.

I believe the body, mind and spirit are deeply connected. Tension, pain and exhaustion can sometimes be linked to stress, emotional weight or experiences we have not yet had the space to process.

The body remembers. It speaks through sensations, patterns and feelings, often before the mind is ready to understand.

Through therapeutic massage and shamanic healing, I work intuitively and holistically, meeting you where you are. Together, we create space to soften, release and reconnect with yourself.

There is no forcing and no fixing.
Only presence, listening and trust in your own healing process.

Your body carries its own wisdom.
I’m here to support you in coming home to it.
