Some seasons I feel like I’m absolutely thriving.

Other seasons, keeping everything afloat is the achievement.

And I’m learning there’s no shame in that.

We don’t have to have everything figured out all of the time. We don’t have to pretend we’re okay because we’re the “strong one”. And we definitely don’t have to wait until things become too much before we start looking after ourselves.
