A little update!
The next three weeks are my final university exam weeks for the year, which means I'll be completely immersed in study, assessments and exams! 📚
I want to apologise in advance if I don't return your messages or phone calls. Please know I'm not ignoring anyone. I'm just trying to get through these final few weeks with my sanity intact! 😂
The good news is that once exams are over, I'm all yours! I'll be back in the clinic full-time from 28th October until February, and I can't wait to see you all again.
Now for some exciting news! 🎉
You're not losing me next year!
I've been fortunate enough to secure a place at the Wagga Wagga Clinical School for my fourth and final year of Physiotherapy in 2027! That's assuming I pass all my exams this year, of course! 🤞
What does this mean for you? It means I'll still be able to continue offering my treatments and services throughout next year, around my clinical placement commitments.
I don't have the exact dates for my placement blocks just yet, but as soon as they're confirmed, I'll open my calendar for 2027 so you can plan your appointments around my availability.
I'm finally on the downhill run, and I can't wait to feel human again!
I can honestly say that studying Physiotherapy has been one of the hardest things I've ever done. There have been plenty of days when I've questioned myself and wondered why on earth I decided to take this on. It's been physically, mentally and emotionally exhausting, and the juggling act between university, the clinic and everyday life has certainly tested me.
But I keep reminding myself why I started.
I absolutely love what I do, and knowing that all this hard work will allow me to take my knowledge, treatments and services to the next level for all of you makes it worthwhile.
Thank you to every single one of you for your patience, understanding, encouragement and continued support throughout this journey. It really does mean more than you know.
I look forward to seeing all your smiling faces walking through my clinic door.

📢 NEW CLINIC HOURS FROM 13 JULY
From Monday, 13 July, I will be reducing my clinic hours to one day per week, Mondays only.
This change is due to my university commitments, which require me to attend four days each week. At this stage, I am unable to offer any additional clinic days.
If you would like regular appointments, please use my online booking link and book well in advance, as Monday appointments will be limited and are expected to fill quickly.
I also need to make it clear that I currently have no availability for new clients. My priority is looking after my existing clientele the people who have supported me and my business and I want to continue providing them with the care they deserve.
I still have a few appointments available before 13 July, so jump online and book in if you would like to come and see me before the new hours begin.
Thank you for your ongoing support and understanding.
When you have a skill that can be used, why not use it on your children!
✨ That’s a wrap for the year! ✨
As I close the clinic for the year, I just want to say a massive thank you to all my amazing clients for your ongoing support, trust, and loyalty throughout the year. It truly means more to me than you know.
📅 My last day in the clinic is tomorrow, after which I’ll be taking some time to rest, reset, and recharge.
I’ll be returning on the 2nd of February.
I’m so grateful for another year filled with lots of laughs, meaningful connections, and wonderful treatments, and I’m really looking forward to an even bigger year ahead in 2026.
Thank you again for being part of my journey. I can’t wait to see you all in the new year 💛
Wishing you and your families a safe, happy, and relaxing break.

I’ve had a few spots open up:

📣 IMPORTANT CLIENT UPDATE – PLEASE READ 📣
Hi everyone, I have a few important updates to share to help keep the clinic running smoothly and fairly for everyone.
💰 Outstanding Invoices
If you have received an email from me about outstanding invoices, please reply with proof of payment or arrange payment as soon as possible.
Some of these date back to June, and some clients have multiple unpaid sessions. I appreciate you getting these finalised so my books can stay up to date.
⛔ Updated Cancellation Policy
As a small business, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact and prevent other clients from securing appointment times they need. I'm a softy, but it's time I put my business hat on.
Effective immediately:
24+ hours’ notice: No charge
Under 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee
No-shows: Full appointment fee
Outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before rebooking.
Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future sessions.
Thank you for understanding that this keeps things fair and sustainable for everyone.
💲 Fee Update for 2026
I’ve kept some long-term clients on reduced rates out of loyalty, but from next year, all fees will be standardised.
After four years without a price increase and with ongoing professional development at significant personal cost, this update is now necessary.
2026 Pricing:
💲 30 minutes — $85
💲 1 hour — $120
💲 1.5 hours — $160
💲 2 hours — $200
⏱️ What Your 60-Minute Session Includes
Your session is 60 minutes total, not 60 minutes of continuous hands-on treatment. This includes assessment, treatment, and required admin.
Session Breakdown:
🗣️ 5–15 minutes – Subjective Assessment
Understanding your symptoms, history, goals, aggravating/easing factors, and any relevant health changes. This ensures safe, effective treatment.
🤲 40 minutes – Hands-On Treatment
Tailored techniques such as soft tissue work, myofascial release, stretching, mobilisation, trigger point therapy, or dry needling (if appropriate).
🖥️ 5 minutes – Administration & Wrap-Up
Aftercare advice, payment, rebooking, and legally required clinical notes.
This is the industry standard and ensures every client receives safe, high-quality, and consistent care.
Thank you to everyone who shows up on time, pays on time, and supports KM Myotherapy. I appreciate every single one of you. ❤️
