After 30 years of looking after skin, these are the habits I’d never skip. Steal every one ⬇️
I wear SPF every single morning, even when it’s grey outside, because UV still reaches the skin through cloud and glass. At night I cleanse twice: once to lift the day, once to clean the skin. I press my products in, never rub. I only use lukewarm water. I change my pillowcase twice a week. I patch test anything new before it goes near my face. And I take my routine all the way down to my neck.
