So it's been a minute since I've posted 😜, but with so much opportunity to be creative lately - the girls and their curls are back 💃 Here is Eden with her box braids to start off Isolation. Love to everyone ✨💕

Hope has had her natural (no extension) box braids in for almost 4 weeks now. 💁 I continue to condition her box braids once a week and they have now created such beautiful curly girl ringlets at the end of each braid. This style is awesome for the end of year madness - low maintenance, protective and still so versatile!

Curly girl Eden was patient enough today to let me do some box braids on her. 😍 This is all her hair, no extensions - and will last her about 4 weeks. It's a fantastic protective style and so versatile! I did some triangle parting at the top to make it a bit more fun 💫 If you'd like some more info on how I did this style and how to care for it please let me know p.s it's super easy 👊

I’ve always had curly hair, but never really known how to care for it properly. It can’t be styled or washed like straight or even wavy hair, and everyone’s hair is so different - we ALL have different thickness, texture, prosperity and so many combinations of those attributes! I’m slowly learning how to get my hair healthy again and I want the girls to embrace their curls through their youth and know that it’s another beautiful thing about them that they don’t have to damage to ‘fit-in’.
