Most of your clients could be shoppers by default without realising.
None of that is your fault, you havnt been shown a way that makes life soo much easier for you and your clients.
When your client feels like they have their own personal assistant as a hairdresser, never having to think about when their next appointment is, how much its going to cost, what she is having done, its a no brainer, its zero effort for them.
All you have to do is ask.
A client who pays per visit is still shopping, every single time.
A client who pays you weekly has chosen you.
If loyalty feels like something you have to earn every time a client comes in, no matter how long you have been looking after them, performing could be tied to why your soo exhausted at the end of the day.
Once you have seen the proof, only then will it let you reset, and let you comfortably put those boundaries in place.

I would always say yes to clients when every part of me meant no. 🤷🏽♀️ you’re not a pushover, it’s because a no felt like losing income. The fix? Is a predictable income flow.

Nobody talks about this in our industry
The reason why is because its invisible…
The only reason I saw it was because I removed myself from the industry 9 months of the year without loosing my income. Its soo clear to me why hairstylists feel stuck, the only reason I found a solution was becuase I listened to the way I was feeling every day and I eliminated each feeling one by one by changing the structure.
Your not burnt out from doing too many clients, your tired of feeling the pressure of meeting a target to keep your business above water.
