Lymph 4 You
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage
23/09/2026
Only have time for a 30-minute session?
That doesn’t mean we have to choose between focusing on your bloated abdomen or giving attention to your tired, heavy legs.
We can work manually where you need us most, such as your abdomen, face or upper body, while the Normatec compression boots work simultaneously on your legs.
Especially helpful when you’re short on time but feeling bloated, puffy or heavy all over.
Add the Normatec compression boots to your next treatment when booking online or ask our team if you’re unsure whether they’re suitable for your session.
A little glimpse of what your time at Lymph4You can look like. 🤍

Women are incredibly good at adapting. We continue working, caring for everyone else and managing life while quietly accommodating symptoms that affect us every day.
We choose different clothes because of the bloating. We plan around our cycle. We accept constipation, swelling, heaviness or exhaustion because we have experienced them for so long.
And we tell ourselves: “I’ll deal with it later.”
Not every symptom means something is wrong. Bodies naturally change throughout the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, postpartum and menopause. But when something is persistent, worsening or affecting your quality of life, it deserves attention.
At Lymph4You, years of hands-on experience and anatomical knowledge guide far more than the massage itself. They help us listen, adapt each treatment, recognise when something doesn’t feel right and understand when a concern sits outside our scope.
We do not diagnose. But we will always be honest when we believe you should speak with your GP or another health professional instead of simply continuing to put up with the symptoms.
This Women’s Health Week, let this be your reminder:
You do not need to wait until the discomfort becomes unbearable before taking your health seriously.

Take your lymphatic routine home. 🤎
Endometriosis is so much more than period pain.
It is a chronic inflammatory condition associated with immune dysregulation, which is why supporting a body already dealing with an increased inflammatory burden can be an important part of ongoing self-care.
INFLAMMATORY SUPPORT
Endometriosis is associated with ongoing inflammation in the body. Regular heat exposure, including sauna, has been linked in research to lower levels of certain inflammatory markers and improved vascular function.
By increasing circulation and creating a controlled heat response, sauna will help support the body’s natural mechanisms for regulating inflammation and recovery.
PAIN & MUSCLE TENSION
Heat can also help relax tight muscles and provide temporary relief from pain, cramping and stiffness, particularly around the abdomen, pelvis and lower back.
CIRCULATION & RECOVERY
Infrared heat increases blood flow, supporting oxygen and nutrient delivery to tissues and the body’s natural recovery processes.
🔥 Infrared sauna doesn’t treat endometriosis itself.
But for a body already managing chronic inflammation, pain and physical stress, heat therapy can be a valuable addition to your wellness routine.
And this is why we love combining infrared sauna + lymphatic drainage.
The sauna uses heat to increase circulation and support the body’s response to physical stress, while lymphatic drainage supports lymph flow and the movement of excess fluid through the tissues.
Together, they can be a great way to support your body!
Not sure when to book?
If you have endometriosis and would like to know the best time to incorporate infrared sauna and lymphatic drainage into your routine, send us a message.
We can help you work out the timing based on your cycle and your usual symptoms.
Because with endometriosis, there isn’t one routine that works for everyone. The goal is to understand your cycle and your symptoms and time your sessions where they are the most supportive.

All the pasta. The gelato after dinner. Greek food by the sea. Aperol at 3pm. Another Aperol at 5pm. Long lunches, late dinners and absolutely no idea when you last drank a proper bottle of water.
You enjoyed your European summer exactly as you should have.
Then you get home, step on the scale and… 2kg?!
Before you assume you’ve gained 2kg of body fat, there’s a little more to that number.
A holiday changes a lot more than just how much you’re eating:
• Your diet & digestion — Eating out every day usually means more sodium and carbohydrates, less fibre and water, different meal times and a completely different routine. This can lead to temporary water retention, slower digestion, constipation and bloating. And between the extra stored fluid and simply having more gastrointestinal contents, you can both feel heavier and see a higher number on the scale.
• Alcohol — A few more wines, cocktails and spritzes than usual can affect hydration, sleep and digestion and it’s very normal to come home feeling a little puffier.
Some of what you’re seeing and feeling may be temporary changes in fluid retention, glycogen stores and digestion.
And this is where lymphatic drainage can be the perfect post-holiday reset.
After weeks of different foods, more alcohol, less water, long flights and a completely different routine, your body will be dealing with fluid retention, bloating, sluggish digestion and increased inflammation.
Lymphatic drainage helps stimulate lymphatic circulation, supporting your body’s natural process of moving excess fluid and clearing cellular waste, while our abdominal techniques can help get digestion and bowel movement back on track.
Less fluid retention, less puffiness, a happier gut and a body that feels like yours again.
Consider it your post-Euro-summer reset. ☀️🍸👙🍹
