All cosmetic Nurse treatments come with detailed aftercare instructions, but the main points are as follows:

1) Avoid strenuous activity, heat and makeup for 24hours
2) Avoid caffeine & alcohol for 24hours to minimise bruising & swelling
3) Monitor for signs and symptoms of complications, escalate any concerns to your practitioner
4) Prevent massaging & rubbing forcefully. See you practitioner for lumps & bumps concerns
