lies, and finding ways to help them gain clarity in their lives, solve their problems and have practical techniques with which to face future problems. Eventually, this led me to undertake further studies in counselling and therapy (in addition to my Arts and Social Work degrees) and I made the leap into private practice in early 2015. Be Still is my way of sharing things that are current for me or that I have found over time to be helpful in maintaining positive mental health and wellbeing. I hope it will also give people who visit the page an insight into what I am about and that if they need help and are in Sydney, then they can book a session with me, or they can recommend me to a friend, who may benefit from some counselling or therapy work.
