We know deposits aren't everyone's favourite thing either, but there's a very good reason we have them!

Unfortunately, we've experienced more than our fair share of no shows and last minute cancellations.

And while an empty appointment might not seem like a big deal, behind that appointment is a technician who has set aside their time, a business paying wages, and another beautiful client who may have missed out. 💔

So here's how our deposits work:

💰 **WHEN YOU BOOK:** A percentage of your appointment is taken as a deposit to secure your spot.

💕 **CANCEL WITHIN OUR POLICY TIMEFRAME?** Your deposit is refunded! No need to chase us up or wonder where your money has gone.

📱 **WANT CONFIRMATION?** Absolutely! Just message us and we're more than happy to send you a screenshot confirming your refund.

💕 **PREFER TO CALL AND CANCEL?** That's perfectly fine too! As long as you're within our cancellation timeframe, your deposit is returned.

✨ **LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATION?** If we manage to fill your appointment with another client, we won't charge you a no-show fee!

Please remember that refunds can take a little time to appear back in your account, depending on your bank.

We're not here to take people's money for nothing. We're simply trying to protect our staff, their time and the little business we've worked so incredibly hard to build. 💖
