Thank you for having me as part of your special day x

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations, I have had to introduce a cancellation policy.

MAKEUP BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking and confirming an appointment with me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total value of the services booked.

This fee is in place because your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you, and cancellations made at short notice may leave insufficient time to offer the appointment to another client.

No-Shows

If you fail to attend your confirmed appointment without providing notice, a 50% cancellation fee based on the total value of the booked services will apply.

Any outstanding cancellation fee must be paid before another appointment can be confirmed.

Booking Deposits

Where a booking deposit is required, the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment when your service is completed.

If you cancel within the 24-hour cancellation period or fail to attend your appointment, the deposit may be applied towards the applicable cancellation fee.

If I need to cancel your appointment and an alternative appointment cannot be arranged, any deposit you have paid will be refunded.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive at your agreed appointment time.

If you arrive late, I will make every reasonable effort to accommodate you. However, depending on the length of the delay and appointments scheduled after yours, your service may need to be shortened, modified or rescheduled.

Exceptional Circumstances

I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can happen. Exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.

Agreement to These Terms

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have been provided with this policy before your appointment and agree to the cancellation terms outlined above.

Thank you for understanding and respecting the time that is reserved especially for you. 💕
