Hi, I'm Cait. 🙋🏼‍♀️
If you've been following this page for a while, you probably know me from my old beauty days. This page has had a bit of a glow up since then.
It's now Re.Formè Skin & Aesthetics. 🫶🏼
I'm a Registered Nurse and skin therapist, and I love looking after my clients' skin, brows and lashes from my Flagstone studio. I've been in the beauty industry for 15 years and have run my own salons and businesses for the last 13 of them.

We’re an ageing population. Women spend an average of 4- 8 years in perimenopause and are living more years in menopause than ever before. Social media is only just catching up to a conversation that’s been happening in kitchens, waiting rooms and group chats for decades. So when people call it a “trend,” I have to stop — because trends come and go. This isn’t going anywhere. If anything, it’s overdue.
These women aren’t hypothetical future clients. They’re already in front of us. They’re our mums. Our older sisters. Our friends. Our aunties. Our grandmothers. Increasingly, they’re us. And an industry built on “anti-ageing” needs to reckon with actually understanding the age it’s supposedly fighting.
This isn’t just cosmetic. It’s a full-body hormonal shift that happens to also show up in our skin .
The point isn’t to add another “concern” to market to women. It’s to finally treat the skin in front of us with the science and the love it actually deserves.

These aren’t groundbreaking. They’re actually the most basic things and that’s exactly why they slip!
When we’re in our own space day in day out it’s easy to stop noticing what our clients experience. Sometimes the most powerful upgrades cost nothing at all! Take a step back look at your protocol and remember it's the little things that make the experience 🤍🫶🏼
