As a hairdresser, regulating my nervous system is something I try to prioritise both in and out of the salon.

These are some of the things that help me slow down, reset and help me show up as my best version of myself for my clients but everyone else in my life.

Finding the right balance is key!

2025 UPDATE - After much thought and reflection, I wanted to update you all that I will be taking a step back from hairdressing as of February 17th. This is such an exciting new chapter for me, but don’t worry—you’ll still see me around the JCBB salon, and I can’t wait to share some news with you all very soon!

I’m so incredibly grateful for your love and support over the years, and I couldn’t have come this far without each and every one of you. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your hair journey. Im so grateful to have formed so many connections with all my clients and your trust has been deeply appreciated. I’m so excited for what’s ahead, please don’t hesitate to reach out - and please know that I am always here and happy to assist. 🫶🏽
