A question we are asked most weeks: how often should I actually be booking?
For general wellbeing, a massage every two to four weeks is what we recommend. Regular treatments build on each other: tension does not get the chance to settle back in, and most clients notice better sleep within a few visits.
If you are working through a specific problem area, tell your therapist at the consultation and we will adjust pressure and focus accordingly.

The Kemiri Nut Scrub comes from the mountain villages of Indonesia, where the candlenut was pressed and used as a natural body soap. Its oil content is high, so it cleanses and conditions at the same time, far gentler than a salt or coffee base.
