Why am I always putting my clients under the red light?” ❤️

If you’ve been into Sound Body Studio, you’ve probably noticed I LOVE adding red light into treatments.

But it’s not just there so you can lie down, relax and look like you’re sunbaking on Mars 😂

🤍 This post really resonated with me because one of my biggest things in this industry is that I never want to make someone feel like they need to look a certain way.

Body shaming, picking apart “flaws” or making women feel like they need fixing honestly gives me the ick.

And unfortunately, the beauty and body industry can really hone in on our insecurities. I don’t ever want Sound Body Studio to be that.
