This is something I’ve been thinking about for a long time.

The clinic has grown to the point where I can’t do everything on my own anymore, so I’m looking for someone to join me behind the scenes.

I’m searching for a Clinic Coordinator who’ll help keep the clinic organised while I spend more time doing what I love - treating clients.

This is much more than a reception role. I’m looking for someone who enjoys being organised, loves helping people and likes variety in their day.

You’ll be involved in everything from welcoming clients and responding to enquiries to administration, preparing treatment rooms, stock management, skincare recommendations, social media and helping keep the clinic running smoothly.

About the role:
• Casual position
• 10 hours per week
• Tuesday & Thursday
• 9:30am–2:30pm
• Opportunity for additional hours as the clinic grows

At Creative Skin & Laser in Dubbo, as a Dermal Therapist I help manage acne, pigmentation, rosacea and perimenopausal skin changes every day. I also get to do the fun stuff like skin needling and working with high powered lasers (yes, it’s as cool as it sounds).

Dermatologists put in over a decade of medical training, around 12 years at university, along with clinical studies and published research.

They diagnose skin diseases, prescribe medication and manage immune related conditions that affect skin, nails and hair. Their level of expertise is incredible and I have so much respect for the work they do.

My own pathway was three years of study focused completely on skin health and advanced treatments. While the training is different, both roles are just as important when it comes to looking after your skin.

Different skill sets, same goal: healthier skin.

MENDS : Microscopic Epidermal Necrotic Debris. A Mouth full but a welcomed response after certain laser or IPL treatment.

To keep it simple… it’s your skin shedding what’s no longer needed. Pigment or necrotic skin is making way for new fresh regenerated skin.

Depending on the area, it can anywhere from 3 days up to two weeks for this process to happen.
